Villa Nikki-Adore

Is modern, sleek in design and very comfortable to use. Through the large sliding glass doors, the living room is directly adjacent to the spacious terrace for the ultimate indoor/outdoor feeling. The whole house has (electric) shutters, so it stays nice and cool in the summer months.

Ground floor
Nikki-Adore is entirely on the ground floor, without thresholds and therefore also suitable for people who are a bit older and/or have less mobility. You can park the car in front of the house, so you don't have to walk far.

Terrace
On the spacious terrace (88m2) you have plenty of shade and the large aqua blue private swimming pool with shallow areas / benches, where the (small) children can also play.

There are 4 sunbeds, a dining table with chairs, a sunshade, a parasol, a comfortable sitting area and a luxurious barbecue.

kitchen
Nikki-Adore has a luxurious spacious fully equipped kitchen, with induction hob, extractor hood, combination microwave and a large fridge-freezer combination. Also luxury coffee facilities, such as a Dolce-Gusto and a Senseo machine, kettle, toaster, and a food processor. There is sufficient crockery, cutlery, pans and cooking utensils.

In the hall closet you will find a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and various household materials. A large first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are also present.

2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms
There are two spacious bedrooms with comfortable luxury beds. The first bedroom has a spacious double bed and ensuite bathroom with toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a separate spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

All beds are of exceptionally good quality, there is also a cot and a high chair. Both bedrooms have beautiful spacious fitted wardrobes with hanging / laying area. In addition, the bedrooms as well as the living room are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. This ensures a comfortable climate throughout the house at any time of the year.

Nikki-Adore has a fast free WiFi

There is Apple Airplay, a Google Chrome Cast, and an HDMI cable, so that you can always connect your own Internet TV app or laptop to the generous 55" Smart TV.
