Cancellation conditions

It may happen that you have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. You must make this known in writing or by email.

You can cancel FREE of charge up to 60 days before the first day of the rental period, after deducting an administration fee of 50 euros.

In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the first day of the rental period, 50% of the rental price is due.

In case of cancellation in the period of 21 days or less before the first day of the rental period, the full rental price is due.

If the tenant does not want to use the rented villa on the starting date or during the rental period, the full rental price remains due.

Cancellation is also free of charge if in the period from 7 days before the booking date to the booking date Spain becomes code orange / red and travel is therefore not recommended or not allowed.
