Houserules

Adore villa applies the following household rules:

• Smoking is not allowed in the villas
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests can park their car on the public road directly in front of the villa.
• Charging an electric car via the villa is not allowed.
• • The barbecue must be left clean at the end of the rental period. If we are forced to do so, a fee of 25.00 will be charged.
• The oven must be left clean at the end of the rental period. If we are forced to do so, a fee of 15.00 will be charged
• Parties and extra guests are not allowed.
• The bedding and furniture in the villa may only be used in the villa.
• The private swimming pool belonging to the villa is maintained weekly. In the summer months this is done twice a week. The maintenance man has access without further permission. He will announce himself.
• The villa is in an impeccable state of repair and the guest will use it as a prudent and reasonable person.
• The villa is surrounded by other residences. We expect you to take this into account in all reasonableness and fairness. Between 00:00 and 08:00, music and other noise nuisance is not allowed.
