Terms and Conditions
GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions apply to all guests of an Adore Villa (Casa Demi-Adore and Casa Nikki-Adore)
In case of violation of the general terms and conditions and/or the house rules or in case of inappropriate behavior, we can deny and/or refuse you access to the accommodation with immediate effect, without further notice and reason and without refund of accommodation costs.
Guests must have a permanent place of residence or residence.
By entering into a reservation request or reservation, you as a guest agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
PRICES
The rates shown include the normal use of water, electricity, air conditioning and bath & bed linen. Only use air conditioning with closed windows and doors. In the event of excessive use, we are entitled to charge additional costs.
The rates shown are inclusive of VAT (or similar tax) according to the applicable VAT rate at that time.
The rates shown are subject to price changes. After a final booking, the price for that booking will not change.
RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
A reservation request or reservation can be made verbally, by e-mail, via adorevilla.nl or via booking sites.
After receiving your reservation request and sent confirmation, you are obliged to pay the down payment. The reservation is only final when you have received a confirmation from us and the deposit has been paid.
PAYMENT
The deposit is 250 euros (for other booking sites such as adorevilla.nl other % can be used) when the deposit is received, the reservation is final. The balance payment must be made no later than 60 days before arrival.
When booking within 60 days of the reservation date, full payment is due.
FORCE MAJEUR
In the event of force majeure, both of a permanent and temporary nature, Adore Villa is entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part or to suspend it temporarily without the guest being able to claim compliance and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, insurrection, strikes, boycott, disruptions in the energy circuit, traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, death of one of the owners or close relatives, etc., under which full or partial fulfillment of the agreement cannot reasonably and fairly be required of the accommodation. Of course we will do everything we can to provide you with a new home at that time. If you do not want to use it, the paid costs will be credited to you.
LIABILITY
Adore Villa cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the guest or third parties as a result of the stay in the accommodation; the guest indemnifies Adore Villa against claims in this regard. Adore Villa is not liable for malfunctions in and around the accommodation such as malfunctions and failures of power and water supplies and technical installations, construction and/or roadworks in the vicinity of the accommodation that have not been announced or have been announced prematurely. Adore Villa is not liable for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings of the guest.
Adore Villa can only be held liable for damage that is due to the gross negligence or negligence of the owners
The liability of the accommodation is furthermore always limited to the maximum amount that the insurer of Adore Villa will pay out in the appropriate case.
The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. Adore Villa cannot be held liable for any bodily injury or damage to personal property through its use.
INJURY
The guest must behave properly and use the villa in accordance with the reasonable instructions for use provided by the property or the owners.
The main guest is legally liable for damage caused by him or his fellow guests to the Adore Villa or the goods or persons present therein.
A claim must be reported directly to the hostess by the guest. Repair and/or replacement costs must be reimbursed by the guest.
In case of loss of keys, all resulting costs will be charged to the guest.
CHECK IN CHECK OUT
During your entire stay you can count on the support of our hostess Sabina (0034 618206910)
Check-in is possible on the day of the reservation between 3 and 8 pm, check-out is from 9 am to 11 am. This can sometimes be deviated from in consultation with the hostess.
A few days before your arrival date, our hostess will contact you for the estimated arrival time. If you are unexpectedly delayed and do not meet the agreed arrival time, we request that you also pass this on and arrange a new time.
We request that you call her about 30 minutes before your arrival on the day of your arrival.
She will meet you at the 1st central roundabout of the de Mazarron Country Club. This is the roundabout at the end of the palm avenue (Avenida Victoria/CalleCabriole). The Spar is also located here. Then she will go to your Villa.
Checking out is also done in consultation with her. She will then receive the key at the Villa and check the villa with you.
CALAMITIES AND FAILURES
During your stay you can reach her in case of calamities and malfunctions.
